Px is a research-and-news product. You can read the briefing with no account and no login. If you build a watchlist to get filing alerts, we store the funds you watch and the email you give us — nothing more. We don't sell data, and there are no third-party ad trackers in the briefing.
Reading the briefing: nothing personal — the page renders public market data and SEC/ECB/BoE/FRED filings. No login, no profile, no location.
Watchlist & alerts: when you star a fund, we create an anonymous token stored in your browser (it is your identity — no password). If you opt in to alerts, we store your email and the list of tickers you watch in our database (Cloudflare D1). We use the email only to send the filing alerts you asked for. Every alert carries a one-click manage and unsubscribe link; unsubscribing clears your email and stops alerts immediately. To delete everything, unsubscribe and remove your funds, or email us.
Free list / waitlist (optional): if you enter your email for the free briefing list, we store it to send you Px and service messages. Unsubscribe anytime.
Website analytics: the site may use privacy-conscious analytics and, if we run ads, a measurement pixel. Where required we ask consent and disclose cookies.
If you take Founder Access ($5/month), payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We receive only the subscription status needed to provide the service.
Only to deliver the product: send the alerts and emails you asked for, keep your watchlist working, and process a subscription you bought. We do not sell personal data, and we do not give buy/sell/hold advice.
Access, correction, deletion, and unsubscribe — email [email protected], or use the manage/unsubscribe link in any alert. EU/GDPR rights are honored given the Romanian/EU establishment.
Px is not directed to children under 16. We use reasonable safeguards. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
